I will work with you to edit your children’s book until you are delighted with the result, and here's the big difference which makes this risk free for you. I’ll continue helping to perfect your story until you’re ready to send to the printer, with no cost except a flat, one off fee of US$195.00. This is only payable when you're satisfied with the result. I ask for no payment details up front. I am an editor, children’s author and writing development coach, and have presented hundreds of creativity workshops to tens of thousands of children, teens and adults for over twenty years.
I also have a background in journalism and owned and edited my own newspaper, so I can get pedantic with words and their flow, especially editing children’s stories. This little quirk in my personality is GREAT news for your book.
I focus on flow, and work with you to create sentences which paint vivid pictures in your reader's minds. I edit both stories and poetry, up to about 1,500 words. If your book is longer, I've edited books with a word count of over 150,000, let's discuss.
